The Exterior

The Outside of the Villa

Access to the garden is unsecured, the road is a cul de sac and the house is well down away from the busy perimeter road. The resort location allows older children to use the hotel and communal pools, tennis courts and equestrian centre, all within a 10 minute walk. There are sun loungers and both the garden and pool are fully maintained. The garden has a water sprinkler system in the evening. Additional bikes can be hired locally.

The Pool

The 8m x 4m private swimming pool is situated in the garden close to the villa. The pool is heated to 28° in the Spring and Winter season. The pool has wide steps in and ranges from 1m to 1.9m deep. It is not suitable for non-swimmers and parents of young children will have to supervise them at all times. There are a number of poolside loungers.
