Notes:
-
The cost will be calculated by the number of nights stay in each calendar month.
-
The maximum capacity of the house is 8 persons plus one infant under 2 years.
-

Deposit
Once availability and dates have been agreed a non-returnable deposit of Euro 450 or £300 is required to secure your booking and act as a deposit against damages.
For bookings less than 10 weeks before departure the full payment plus the deposit will be due at
the time of booking in Euros or equivalent GBP. The deposit is returned within 2 weeks of departure following inspection for breakages
or damage. In the event of damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair plus a management charge of 25% of the cost.
Booking Fees/Holiday Insurance
The booking payment becomes due in full 10 weeks prior to departure and the company reserves the right to release booking periods if the balance is not made in full by 10 weeks prior to departure. Once paid the total charge is non-refundable. It is therefore recommended that guests take out suitable comprehensive travel insurance for members of the party so that they can claim for any cancellation losses (flight costs, house rental, car
hire). Suitable medical insurance is also recommended to cover accident or ill health.
Contents and Personal Insurance
The house is insured for public liability and house contents but guests' personal belongings are not insured under the rental policy. It is advised that guests have suitable home or travel insurance cover to recompense for any losses arising from your time travelling or residing at the
house. The company will not accept liability for damage or losses under any circumstances.
Pets and Visitors
Pets are not permitted and guests may not bring animals or additional visitors onto the golf course or property without advance approval from the company.
Smoking
The property owners ask that guests do not smoke in
the house.
